Human factors in aviation
Human error is identified as the main cause or contributory factor in approximately 75% of all aviation accidents and incidents. In recognizing the importance of HF throughout the whole aviation system, we can continue to strive for a better understanding of the human condition and application of error prevention. In this article, role of the employee’s training is considered.
